Meet the Team




Chibangu Kalaba (Creative Director)

is currently a student at the University of Zambia where she’s studying Economics. She brings to ZAMWILL skills in photography, graphic design, and marketing. She has experience as a social media manager with Lusaka Newbies and a Photographer at CR Photography. Chibangu is currently the producer and host of Buka Twende, the ZAMWILL podcast on Spotify.

Vanessa Chipalo (M&E Lead)

is a recent graduate of Copperbelt University where she studied chemistry. She also completed a certificate in data analysis in SPSS, Excel, Stats & ODK with the Cooperbelt University Economic Association. Vanessa has experience designing & conducting surveys, and generating reports for a UK charity. She is a published author, having written profiles of school leaders, students, teachers, and parents for the PEAS website and newsletter.

Jina Kwon (Operations Lead)

is an Actuarial Science student with a knack for taking the lead at the University of Zambia. Jina serves as class representative for 100+ students exhibiting her public speaking and leadership skills. In 2017, Jina placed 2nd in the District Mathematics Olympiad and held a constant eminent position throughout her years in secondary school, finally graduating as valedictorian. Mathematics aside, Jina took part in the World Scholar’s Cup for 4 consecutive years before volunteering as part of the staff in 2020 and 2022. As a volunteer, she adjudicated debates, invigilated examinations, directed hundreds of students, and handed out awards. Jina’s strong mathematical abilities and analytical skills make me a natural fit for operations.

Indigo Williams (Website Designer)

is an International Relations student at the University of Edinburgh focusing on foreign policy, global security, international law, and humanitarianism. She comes to ZAMWILL with a variety of experiences from Head Delegate of Summit Sierra’s Model United Nations team to Editor-in-Chief of Se7en Magazine, a digital magazine supporting women and marginalised volunteering with the Refugee Women’s Alliance. Indigo’s extensive experience in leadership and communications makes her ideal as the designer of the ZAMWILL website.
